Mushroom Pork Soup

Wash and peel the oyster mushrooms for later use

Cut the meat into slices and marinate with water starch for preparation
3.
Put water in a pot, add ginger, green onion and oil to boil
4.
After the water is boiled, pour the oyster mushrooms and boil for 1 minute
5.
Put the meat slices into the pot one by one, bring to a boil on high heat, wait until the meat slices float, add salt and oyster sauce, turn off the heat and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
Don't cook the meat slices for too long, don't eat them when they are old.
