Mushroom Sauce with Mullet Flower Jelly

The prepared ingredients are shown in the picture.

For the mullet flower, remove the brittle bones and internal organs, wash it, and blanch it with hot water for cooling.

Cucumber, shred and set aside.

Jelly, cut into strips and set aside.
5.
Place the sliced cucumber, chili, and jelly in a bowl, and pour in an appropriate amount of shiitake mushroom sauce and vinegar.
6.
Pour in the blanched mullet flowers and mix well.
