Mushroom Soup

Soak tea tree mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms in advance, soak other mushrooms in salt water for a while and wash them. Pour these mushrooms into a soup pot, add water, cut three or four slices of ginger, cut half a green onion, a small amount of goji berries and small red dates

Bring to a boil on high heat for ten minutes, then turn to low heat for half an hour, and finally add chicken essence and salt to taste~
Tips:
1There are many types of mushrooms, and a few more are more delicious~
2Boiled in white water or cooked in chicken broth and ribs are also ok
3 Add seasonings appropriately according to your own taste~ My taste is relatively light, and the chicken soup and bone broth I drink are all original flavors, without any seasonings, haha~
4Red dates goji berries should be put less, my pot comes out a bit sweet~
