Mushroom Soup with Egg

Put a little salt in a bowl of eggs and beat them into egg mixture. Soak 4 shiitake mushrooms and chop finely. Salt, chopped green onion and sesame oil.

Pour a little oil into the pan, pour the egg mixture into the frying shape, and poke the cubes with a spatula to serve.

Put two small bowls of water into the pot and boil the mushrooms for 5 minutes.

Pour the fried eggs and cook for 2 minutes, add a little salt and sesame oil to taste, and sprinkle chopped green onion out of the pan.
Note: It is better to use fresh shiitake mushrooms or mushrooms
