Mushroom Tofu with Meat

Try June Fresh Soy Sauce

Hollow out the tofu, wash and slice the fresh shiitake mushrooms, prepare the minced pork

Fill the minced pork into the hollowed out tofu

Prepare chopped green onion and water starch

Pour oil in a hot pan and add the set tofu

Fry until golden and then turn over and fry until golden.

From another pot, add bottom oil, heat the oil for 7 minutes, pour in the mushrooms and stir fry until they are fragrant

Return the tofu to the pot and add the braised soy sauce

Add in boiling water, cover and turn to medium heat until delicious

Open the lid, add oyster sauce and cook for a minute, then put the tofu in a pot

Then thicken the gorgon with water starch

Tips:
1. I used salted tofu for this dish, which tastes good and is not easy to break
2. I added braised soy sauce and oyster sauce. I didn’t add any salt.
3. The minced pork should be mixed with the sticky one, so that the minced pork will not only taste fresh and tender, but also will not loosen during the frying process.
