Mushroom Trotters

Prepare the raw materials as shown in the figure

Boil the trotters in a pot under cold water.

Put oil in the wok, add bay leaves, aniseed, cinnamon and fry until fragrant.

Add green onion and ginger slices and stir fry.

Pour in the blanched pig's trotters and stir fry, add in order: cooking wine, braised soy sauce, oyster sauce, rock sugar, stir fry.

Pour in the mushrooms, stir-fry, add boiling water, and then add the water for soaking the mushrooms.

Then pour it into the electric pressure cooker and use the stew position.
