Mushroom Udon Noodles

Main ingredients: Udon noodles, eryngii mushrooms, sausage, celery

Wash the celery and cut into sections

Wash eryngii mushrooms and cut into strips

Pork sausage cut into strips

Boil water in a pot, add udon noodles and cook

Drain the water and set aside

Boil the eryngii mushrooms in a pot and cook

Then add the celery, bring it to a boil, turn off the heat, remove it for use

Heat oil, sauté the chopped green onion, add the sausage and stir well

Then, add the eryngii mushrooms and celery

Add a little pepper and some tomato sauce to taste

Stir-fry evenly, add salt to taste

Put in udon noodles

Stir-fry and turn off the heat

Put it out of the pot and serve on the plate, ready to taste
Tips:
1. Both tomato sauce and tomato sauce can be used.
2. When frying, use medium and small fire to prevent the bottom from getting stuck.
