Mushroom Wonton

Remove the roots of crab-flavored mushrooms and white jade mushrooms.

The shiitake mushrooms and fungus are soaked in advance. Cut the shiitake mushrooms into thin slices and tear the fungus into small flowers.

Leftover meat.

Mince ginger and cut green onion into circles.

Roll out the dough.

First cut into wide strips, stack them together, and cut them into ridges with an oblique knife. Put the filling on the top of the ribbed and roll it, then fold the two ends back and pinch them together.

Wrapped wontons.

Add water, shiitake mushrooms and ginger to a pot and boil for 5 minutes.

Then add wontons, mushrooms and fungus and cook until ripe.

Add all the seasonings and mix thoroughly before turning off the heat. This is a finished wonton.

The bowled wontons can be eaten.
Tips:
Roll out the dough a little bit
