Mushrooms, Peanuts and Egg Sauce

Ingredients: eggs, peanuts (cooked), dried shiitake mushrooms (soaked), bean paste, Korean chili paste

Add 2 spoons of bean paste to the bowl.

Add 1 spoon of Korean chili paste.

Add 4 tablespoons of water.
5.
Add 1 tablespoon of sugar.

Mix thoroughly into the sauce.

Wash and remove the soaked dried shiitake mushrooms.

Place on the chopping board and cut into dices for later use.

Beat the eggs into egg liquid.
10.
Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the egg mixture and stir fry into pieces to serve.

Next, add the cut shiitake mushrooms and stir fry.

Then, add peanuts and scrambled eggs and stir fry.
13.
Finally, pour in the adjusted sauce.
14.
Stir-fry and serve.
