I bought two bottles of mustard sauce (MUSTARD), which is different from the "choking" of Japanese mustard. It is smooth, non-spicy and has a slightly sour taste. The most commonly used method of French mustard is as a dipping sauce. It is very suitable for fried food, mustard salad, steak, grilled meat, sausage, etc. "

Mustard Eggs

1. Add water to the pot, add the eggs and cook for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes;

2. Take out the eggs and let cool;

3. Shell the egg, cut in half and take out the yolk;

4. Add mustard sauce, salad dressing and pepper to the egg yolk and mix well;

5. The mixed mayonnaise is directly put back or squeezed into the egg;

6. Sprinkle a little sweet pepper powder on it.
