Mustard-flavored Bitter Gourd and Peanuts

1. One bitter gourd, 200 grams of peanuts soaked in water

2. Pour the soaked peanuts into a pot, add water, put 2 star anises, a spoonful of pepper, and 5 grams of salt. Two slices of ginger and boil over high heat.

3. Cook the peanuts on medium heat for an hour, then you can turn off the heat and remove them to let cool.

4. Bitter gourd cut into small cubes

Tips:

When bitter gourd is blanched, put a little salt in the pot to make it greener. If you don’t like mustard oil, you can leave it alone.
