Mustard-flavored Bitter Gourd and Peanuts

One bitter gourd, 200 grams of peanuts soaked in water

Pour the soaked peanuts into a pot, add water, put 2 star anises, a spoonful of pepper, and 5 grams of salt. Two slices of ginger and boil over high heat.

Cook the peanuts on medium heat for an hour, then you can turn off the heat and remove them to let cool.

Bitter gourd cut into small cubes

Pour it into a pot of boiling water and blanch for about 2 minutes to remove

Take it out and pour it out in a basin when it's cool

Put the peanuts in the cooked noodles

If the taste is light, add some salt and mix well until you get some mustard oil. Mustard oil can be sterilized and appetizing when eaten in summer.

Finally add some sesame oil and mix well.
Tips:
When bitter gourd is blanched, put a little salt in the pot to make it greener. If you don’t like mustard oil, you can leave it alone.
