Mustard-flavored Bitter Gourd and Peanuts

1. Ingredients: one bitter gourd, 200 grams of peanuts soaked in water to swell.

2. Pour the soaked peanuts into a pot, add water, put 2 star anises, a spoonful of pepper, and two slices of ginger to boil over high heat.

3. Cook the peanuts on medium heat for an hour, and then turn off the heat to remove the peanuts and let cool.

4. Cut the bitter gourd into small cubes.

5. Pour it into a pot of boiling water and blanch for about 2 minutes to remove.

6. Take it out and pour it into a basin when it's cool.

7. Put the peanuts in the cooked noodles.

8. Add some salt, mix well and wait until a little mustard oil, which can be sterilized and appetizing when eaten in summer.

9. Finally, add some sesame oil.

Tips:

When bitter gourd is blanched, put a little salt in the pot to make it greener. You can leave it alone if you don't like mustard oil.
