Mustard Green Pepper Shredded Pork

1. Refined meat, green peppers, mustard tubers, dried red peppers, and ginger are set aside.

2. Fine pork, washed and shredded.

3. Cut the shredded pork, add appropriate amount of salt and starch.

4. Stir well.

5. Wash the green seedlings and ginger and cut into thin strips. Cut the dried red pepper into thin strips and set aside.
