Mustard Squid

Prepare the materials in the picture (the squid can also use ordinary big squid, personal preference).

The squid is prepared by removing the internal organs and skin.

Chili, garlic, ginger, chopped.

Put the chili, garlic, and ginger in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 0.5 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 0.5 tablespoons of vinegar, 0.5 tablespoons of sugar, and some mustard (if the taste is heavy, add some salt).
