Mutton Soup

Prepare lamb ribs;

Rinse and cut into small pieces;
3.
Put water in the pot, and when the water is hot, add the mutton to blanch water;

Cook until the lamb floats;

Drain the water used to cook the lamb and rinse the lamb ribs with clean water;

Put enough water in the pot, put the pot on high heat, and start to cook;

After the water is boiled, turn to medium and low heat, and cook for about an hour and a half, and cook until the lamb is inserted with chopsticks and inserted easily;

Prepare chopped green onion and coriander;
9.
Pour appropriate amount of chopped green onion and coriander into the bowl, and pour into the boiling mutton soup;

Season with appropriate amount of salt and white pepper;
11.
A hot mutton soup is ready for one night.
Tips:
The lamb needs to be blanched first, and there is no need to put any seasoning when cooking the lamb.
