1.
Cake slice steps --- prepare a clean bowl, put 2-3 teaspoons of bamboo charcoal powder in the bowl.
2.
Mix well with 1-2 tablespoons of hot water.
3.
Mix low powder and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder and sieve twice for later use.
4.
Use a manual whisk to beat the egg yolks evenly.
5.
Beat the caster sugar and egg yolk together until the color becomes lighter and thicker.
6.
Add vegetable oil in small amounts several times.
7.
Whip evenly each time before adding the next time.
8.
After all the vegetable oil is added, the egg yolk liquid will become thicker and lighter in color.
9.
Add milk all at once.
10.
Continue to beat evenly.
11.
Sift the mixed powder into the egg yolk paste a third time.
12.
Use a whisk in different directions to mix well, and the egg yolk paste is ready.
13.
Take a small amount of egg yolk paste and put it into a bowl of bamboo charcoal liquid.
14.
Stir together well and set aside.
15.
Put a few drops of egg white baking powder (about 1ML), salt (about 0.5ML), and lemon juice into the egg whites.
16.
First use an electric whisk at low speed to make a large thick bubble.
17.
At this time, add the first 1/3 of the fine sugar into the egg whites.
18.
Then use a whisk to beat to a fine foam like soap froth.
19.
Add another 2/3 of the caster sugar.
20.
Use a whisk at high speed to beat into a fine meringue.
21.
Put a little bit of the beaten egg whites into a small bowl of bamboo charcoal egg yolk paste.
22.
The bamboo charcoal paste is ready.
23.
Then draw a zebra pattern on the baking pan covered with greased paper.
24.
After the zebra pattern is drawn, the egg whites are then beaten with a whisk at low speed for about one minute.
25.
Mix 1/3 of the egg white and egg yolk paste and stir.

29.
The well-mixed batter is quickly scraped into the baking pan with a rubber spatula, and then the surface is flattened with a scraper, shaken on the table a few times to produce large bubbles, the upper layer in the oven is 175 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
30.
After the baked cake slices are out of the oven, move them to the grill immediately, and tear off the oil paper around to dissipate heat.
31.
When the cake slice is not hot, cover the surface with a piece of greased paper and turn the cake piece over, tear off the zebra pattern on the greased paper, and the zebra pattern on the peeled cake paper is also perfect.
32.
Cream cheese filling step --- Add icing sugar after the cream cheese is softened at room temperature.
33.
Beat together until the cream cheese is fluffy and smooth.
34.
Then add matcha powder.
35.
Beat the cream cheese and matcha powder with an electric whisk.
36.
Add whipped cream several times in small amounts.
37.
Each time, the cream cheese and whipped cream must be completely whipped and then added again until all the whipped cream is added.
38.
The whipped filling is basically in a solidified state, so that the lines can be left in the basin and won't disappear immediately.
39.
Use a spatula to wipe the colored side of the cake slice. After spreading it all evenly, place a row of honey beans at the position where the cake is to be rolled and roll it up. The rolled cake roll is wrapped in oil paper and placed in the refrigerator for one hour. Just take it out and slice it.

Tips:
This is the first time I have used bamboo charcoal powder. It is more delicate than cocoa powder. The ones that are scooped out with a small spoon are everywhere, haha~~~~~~ Compared with cocoa powder and matcha powder, bamboo charcoal powder is not easy to mix with water. Mix thoroughly, so it must be adjusted until there are no particles, otherwise the zebra pattern will not be smooth; also the bamboo charcoal paste painted on the oil paper will feel a little bit like ink dripping on the rice paper, so do not use bamboo charcoal paste The tune is very thin, but it is thick and affects the drawing of patterns on the oil paper. The feeling like in my picture is almost the same, you will know after trying it~~~~~~
