Tips:

1) The low powder that has been sieved twice is more fluffy and dense, and more air can be drawn in while sieving;

2) The egg yolk and fine sugar are first beaten evenly with a manual whisk and the color becomes lighter and thicker before adding vegetable oil;

3) Add 1/3 of the fine sugar for the first time when the egg whites are thick; when they reach the fine foam like soap foam, add another 2/3 of the fine sugar; finally, beat them into a fine meringue shape;

4) After the leopard pattern is drawn, the egg whites will be beaten with a whisk at low speed for one minute;

5) The whipped cream used for filling should be added to the butter several times in small amounts.
