Put high-gluten flour into a bread bucket, add salt and sugar diagonally, and put yeast in the middle.

After the first kneading process, put butter that has softened at room temperature.

After the second procedure is over, the dough can be pulled out of a tougher film.

One shot at room temperature.

Take out the dough to exhaust.

First take out a small 30g dough and save it for later ears.

The remaining dough is divided into 6 portions, about 65~70g.
