Natural Blueberry Jelly
1.
Soak the gelatine slices in cold water in advance, put blueberries in a small pot, and pour in fine sugar
2.
Squeeze in the lemon juice, pour in water, heat on a low heat, and the sugar water will turn red and leave the fire
3.
Filter the heated mixed juice, filter out the blueberries, put in the gelatine slices soaked in advance, stir evenly and let cool
4.
Pour the mixed juice into the jelly bottle, first pour only 1/3, then put the blueberries, put in the refrigerator, refrigerate and shape, then pour the remaining mixed juice, put the remaining blueberries in the refrigerator
Tips:
1. Don't cook the blueberries for too long, just see the liquid turn red, otherwise the blueberries will break easily.
2. Pour the mixed juice into a jelly bottle or mold. Don't pour it all together. You can add it in batches and add another time after it has solidified, so that the fruit can be evenly distributed.
3. If you are in a hurry, you can put it in the refrigerator for half an hour to form.
4. If molds are used, try not to use molds with too many patterns as it is not easy to demold.
