[necessary for Lazy People] Tomato Stewed Rice
1.
Wash the rice, pour it into the rice cooker, pour in the right amount of water, then add a tablespoon of cooking oil/canola oil, add a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of chicken essence/MSG, and a teaspoon of light soy sauce (freshly adjusted Soy sauce is fine), a little pepper. Then stir it to mix the seasoning with rice and water.
2.
Wash the big tomatoes and put them in the middle of the rice. Then add other ingredients, depending on personal taste or existing ingredients. Then I put tribute balls and ham sausage (because it is very convenient to buy in the supermarket), corn kernels and green beans, and vegetables (Chinese cabbage, baby cabbage...all are ok!).
3.
Cover the rice cooker and choose ordinary rice cooking. It will be ready in about half an hour.
4.
After cooking, crush the tomatoes and stir well (crush the tomatoes a bit so that there is tomato juice in the rice). Then you can serve the bowl.
Tips:
Anyway, it's like a hodgepodge, and there is no way for people to be lazy ~ but remember not to put too many ingredients, otherwise the taste will not melt into it and it will not taste good.
