Nephrite Maple Frost

First, separate the egg white and the yolk, and put the three separated egg yolks in a container.

Add 1/4 cup of white granulated sugar to the egg yolks, stir evenly with a whisk to melt the granulated sugar.

Take out the vanilla seeds from the vanilla pod with a knife.

Pour soy milk and cream into the pot.

After heating on low heat until small bubbles are formed, add vanilla seeds. Boil on low heat for about 2 minutes, and wait until the side of the pot bubbling.

Add a little of the ingredients to the egg yolk and stir while pouring; after stirring, slowly pour in the rest while stirring well.

After stirring, filter out the vanilla seeds with a mesh sieve.

Then pour the filtered material into the mold.

Take a baking tray larger than the pudding mold and put a towel in the baking tray.

The materials are placed in the center of the baking tray together with the mold.

Then pour hot water about 1/2 the height of the pudding mold into the baking tray.

Preheat the oven to 160° in advance, put the ingredients in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes

After baking, cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.

Take out the refrigerated pudding and sprinkle an appropriate amount of brown sugar on the surface.

Finally, use a torch to heat the brown sugar on the surface until it melts, turns color, and slightly burns.

It can be decorated with macarons and fruits.
