There are too many Teochew beef balls at home and I can’t finish them. Although they are delicious, I want to change the way of eating them. Anyway, they are made of beef, so I diced them and made them into nest-egg beef porridge. It is super delicious.

1. It’s about two tablespoons for one person, wash the rice and spare
