New England Creamy Oyster Bisque

Put the butter in the pan, add bacon and fry until the color changes.

Add onions and stir fry for a fragrant flavor.

Add diced potatoes and fry until the surface is slightly yellow.

Mix whipped cream, potato starch and flour, etc. and mix thoroughly.

Add a small amount of water to the mixture and pour it into the pot, stir slightly, and simmer diced potatoes over low heat.

After the potatoes are cooked, add the oysters to medium heat for 3 minutes. Do not take too long to prevent the oysters from getting old.
