New Orleans Roasted Chicken Drumstick Roll
1.
Wash the drumsticks and remove the bones. (Scissors and knives are more convenient to use together)
2.
Mix the New Orleans roast chicken ingredients and water at a ratio of 1:1, pour into the chicken thighs, mix evenly, and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
3.
The marinated chicken legs are taken out and the chicken skin is rolled up.
4.
Wrapped in tin foil, the two ends are like candy-like lemons. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
5.
After taking it out, tear off the tin foil, smear it with honey water, adjust the oven temperature to 180 degrees, and bake it for 10 minutes. Turn it over and brush it with a layer of honey water and continue to bake it for another 10 minutes.
6.
Slice and plate.
