Kidney beans are cooked ahead of time

Yellow rice flour ready

Yellow rice flour needs to be mixed with some water, which is traditionally called mash

So that the pasted flour cannot be granulated, grab it with your hands and hold it in your hands to prevent the flowers from spreading. Don’t have too much water, and don’t form a ball in your hands

Add appropriate amount of water to the steamer, and sprinkle a layer of kidney beans on the bottom curtain

Bring the steamer to a boil on high heat, and when the heat comes up, start to sprinkle the flour in a thin layer.

For each layer to be sprinkled, wait for the steam to come up and then sprinkle the second layer

Sprinkle a layer of kidney beans in the middle

Sprinkle kidney beans on the last layer, cover and steam for 15-20 minutes

A hot pot of rice cake is steamed, use a shovel to cut the rice cake in the pot into quick pieces,

Tips:
1. It is not advisable to make too much pulp. If you don't fall in love with steam, the steamed rice cake will not be shaped.
2. When sprinkling flour, be sure to wait for the steam to penetrate the flour, the flour changes color and then sprinkle a layer.
3. The final steaming time depends on the thickness of the rice cake.
