No Basic Super Simple Cocoa Biscuits

80 grams of butter is softened at room temperature, add 70 grams of sugar, and beat with a whisk. That is, beat until the butter is puffy.

The butter and sugar are fully fused, and 50 grams of whole egg liquid is added in three times, and each time is added quickly and fully. Until it becomes mushy on the picture.

Combine 150 grams of low-flavor powder, 15 grams of cocoa powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda powder and sift them.

Add 80 grams of chocolate beans.

Use a spatula to cut the mixed dough in an irregular manner. Never mix it in one direction to avoid the dough from cracking and the biscuits will not be crisp. Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Take out the dough and quickly divide it into even small doses, knead it into small balls, about 20 grams each, put it in a baking tray, and gently flatten it with the palm of your hand. Preheat the oven in the middle to 180 degrees, lower the heat to 160 degrees, bake the middle layer of the oven for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Tips:
