Non-spicy Boiled Fish

Process the fish well, remove the head and tail, and then slice the fish meat

Rinse the fish fillets with egg whites, starch, cooking wine, salt and pepper, marinate for 10 minutes

Tips:
1. After the fish fillets are put in the pot, it can be heated for one minute, and the meat will become old after a long time;
2. You can choose your favorite side dishes, such as bean sprouts, cabbage, etc., but those that are not easy to cook need to be blanched first.
