Noodle Fish

Put the noodles in a basin, pour in freshly boiled water, stir with chopsticks to form a flocculent shape, knead it evenly when it is not hot, and knead it smoothly.

After kneading the dough smoothly, stand the dough upright.

Operate with both hands together, pinch a piece of dough, about the size of peanuts.

Put it on the table and gently rub it forward with the back of your palm.

Put the noodle fish on the steaming grid, add cold water to the pot, turn on medium heat, and steam for 10 minutes.

Pour the steamed noodle fish into a basin, add a little salad oil, shake it, and tear it apart. (It is recommended to steam in a bamboo steamer, the stainless steel will drip)

Heat the wok, pour the oil, pour the dried shrimps and stir fry for a nice aroma.

Add scallions and stir fry.

Pour in carrots and cabbage and stir fry.

After stir-frying, add appropriate amount of pepper powder.

Pour the dried tofu.

Add appropriate amount of water.

After boiling, pour into clean ground to soften.

Season with salt.

Pour the noodles fish into the soup and stir well.
Tips:
It is recommended to steam the noodle fish in a bamboo steamer, the stainless steel will drip. Remember to put a cloth on the bamboo steamer.
