Noodle Omelette

Naked oatmeal noodles are stirred with water to form a batter.

Add the shallots and mix well.
3.
Add eggs and mix well.
4.
Heat the pan, brush with oil, and add a spoonful of batter.
5.
Fry until it's ripe, turn it over, brush with sweet noodle sauce after it's done.
6.
Roll up and out of the pot. Gelinuoer, high-altitude grains are light and healthy.
