Potato Naked Oatmeal

Peel and cut potatoes into slices, steam them in a steamer

Mashed steamed potatoes

Add pepper, salt, oil and stir

Add Naked Oat Flour in portions and knead into a ball

Divide into small doses of about 50 grams, roll into a circle and squash

Tips:
1. The potatoes should be thinly sliced, mine is thicker, and the steaming time is a bit longer
2. You can put some meat like ham or bacon
3. I use large potatoes, about 350 grams after peeling
4. I am afraid that the salt and pepper is not salty enough, so I added about 2 grams of salt. If you like lighter ones, you can leave them alone.
