Naked oats, as a major food crop in high-cold areas, are very nutritious. Middle-aged and elderly people should eat more of it. This is helpful for lowering cholesterol and preventing heart disease.

Marinated Naked Oat Noodles

1. Mix the noodles with hot water into a smooth dough;

2. Knead the dough into a thicker strip;

3. Use a spatula to cut into small noodles of the same size;

4. Take one of the small noodles and roll them into a thin long strip by hand;

5. Put the kneaded naked oat noodles in a steamer and steam them;
