Marinated Naked Oat Noodles

Mix the noodles with hot water into a smooth dough;

Knead the dough into a thicker strip;

Use a spatula to cut into small noodles of the same size;

Take one of the small noodles and roll them into a thin long strip by hand;

Put the kneaded naked oat noodles in a steamer and steam them;

1. Naked oatmeal noodles are not gluten, so hot water must be used when making noodles;
