Noodles in Bone Broth and Scallion Oil

Wash the green onions and mince.

Put the chopped green onions and sesame seeds in a bowl and pour hot oil.

Bring the scallion oil to cool slightly, put it into a bag of concentrated meat and bone broth and mix well.

Add water to the pot and add the noodles to cook.

When the noodles are almost cooked, add the washed mung bean sprouts.

Put the boiled noodles in the cold boiled water that has been stored in advance.

Take out the dry water and put it in a basin, add scallion oil and salt, mix well and eat.
Tips:
You can use dried noodles instead of sliced noodles.
