Lentil Braised Noodles

Wash the beans and break into small pieces

Heat the pan and add oil, add green onion, ginger, star anise and fry until fragrant

Pour the beans and stir fry to remove moisture

Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of bean paste, stir fry to get the flavor of the sauce

Add water to the beans. Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes. Waiting time to process the noodles. Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to the noodles and mix to prevent sticking.

Put the noodles on the beans and continue to simmer for 10 minutes

1. The saltiness of the seasoning in this dish is enough, you don’t need to add additional salt\n2. Friends who like meat can put some meat, I made it vegetarian, and put a few slices of sausage for my son after it was done. n3. Put some old vinegar when eating it tastes better
