1.
Prepare all the ingredients. Peel and shred cucumbers (or shred). Mung bean sprouts are blanched (or fried, personal preference).
2.
Marinate the minced meat with a little light soy sauce and starch for 15 minutes, set aside.
3.
Fry the eggs first, shovel them into pieces, and serve them out for later use.
4.
Put a little oil in the pot, add the minced garlic to fragrant, add the marinated minced meat, stir to change the color, then pour in the sweet noodle sauce and stir fry for a while.
5.
Add water to boil, pour in the scrambled eggs and boil, add a little wet starch to thicken, pour a little sesame oil for brightening, and let it cool for later use.
6.
Bring water to a boil in a pot, and boil the bottom strips.
7.
Remove and shake in ice water, remove and drain the water, drizzle with sesame oil, stir evenly, and cool for later use.
8.
When all the ingredients have cooled down, you can start mixing noodles.
9.
Pour cold noodles on the plate, place your favorite side dishes on the surrounding dishes, and then pour a spoonful of sauce and stir evenly. Definitely make you gobble up! !
Tips:
In the final thickening, the wet starch should be added little by little to adjust to the consistency you like.
The cold sauce noodles can be matched according to your favorite vegetables.
