Noodles with Mushroom Meat Sauce

Tomatoes, mushrooms, colored peppers, onions, carrots, etc. are reserved.

Knead the dough for a few minutes to wake up.

Boil noodles in a pot with boiled water and remove them.

After the oil is slightly hot, the red pepper and garlic will sauté fragrant, then add the beef and stir fry. Add a small amount of soy sauce to taste and a little pepper powder.

Then add the ingredients shown in Figure 1, pour in a little oyster sauce, add a little water, and boil the soup over low heat to bring out the umami taste.
