Noodles with Mushrooms and Nuts

Boil the noodles in a boil, stir well with chopsticks. The soft and hard noodles are similar to dumplings. When it is not hot, it should be smooth and covered to prevent dry skin.

Raise a pot to boil water. Divide the noodles into small pieces, rub the noodles, flatten them, and steam them. Boiling and steaming for 15 minutes is good.

Wash the needle mushrooms. Boil the water, add 2 grams of salt and a few drops of vegetable oil in the water, put the needle mushrooms in the strainer and scald them in boiling water, then blanch the cabbage, shallots, bell peppers and fungus in water.

Tips:
Don't put needle mushrooms directly in the pot, just put them in the strainer and turn them twice in the pot. The seasoning can be adjusted freely according to your own taste.
