Noodles with Salad Sauce

Knock the eggs in the evening, add a little salt and beat them, peel the carrots and shred them, and remove the two ends of the kidney beans.

Fry the eggs in a frying pan and shovel them into small pieces for later use (my egg is old)

Add a little oil and salt to the boiling water and blanch the vegetables.

Pick up and drain

Put the noodles in the water pot and cook them

Take out the noodles and let them cool in boiling water

Put the noodles, vegetables and eggs on the plate

Add a small bag of Chobe salad dressing

Just mix well
Tips:
1 When blanching vegetables, add salt to the water for a base taste, and add oil to maintain the color of the vegetables.
2 It felt too weak when I mixed a small bag of salad juice, so I added a little soy sauce to the noodles. Choose whether to add it or not according to your personal taste.
3 Vegetables can be replaced with other ones.
