You must have one of your favorite dishes, that is, the Northeast Great Harvest. Stew the ingredients you like together, simple operation, throw them all in and stew and you're done~Slimy dishes, just steamed buns and rice are very nice! ! "

Northeast Great Harvest

1. Prepare big harvest ingredients, beans, potatoes, pumpkin and corn, and sweet potatoes.

2. Stir-fry the beans on a low heat until they are transparent and dehydrated, otherwise the simmered beans will be horrible.

3. Start the pot and heat oil, add green onion, ginger, garlic, and dried chili to make it more appetizing with a little spiciness.

4. Stir-fry pork belly in the afternoon, you can also put pork ribs, if you don't have one at home, just put some pork belly, a little fatter and more fragrant.

5. Add potatoes, beans, corn and stir fry for a while.

6. Add the Northeast bean paste and stir fry for a while, not too long, add water to the pot to submerge the vegetables.

7. After the water is boiled, simmer slowly over medium-low heat, and put the pumpkin on top. Because I bought a small pumpkin with a lot of flour, I put it in at the end, otherwise it will be easy to simmer. Let it simmer for about 30 minutes and collect the juice.

8. Out of the pot~Save some soup and rice. Three words, quack fragrant.

Tips:

Big pumpkins can be stewed together. It is recommended to choose noodle pumpkins, which are more fragrant. Water pumpkins are not delicious~
