Northeast Random Stew---spine Stewed Mixed Vegetables

Prepare ingredients.

Wash the spine, add ginger and cooking wine and boil to remove blood foam.
3.
Remove the spine, change a pot of water again, add green onions, ginger, aniseed, soy sauce, and salt and continue to cook until the chopsticks are easily pierced.
4.
Cut the vegetable ingredients into small pieces of similar size.
5.
Add vegetables and stew together.
6.
When the vegetables are cooked, they can be served.
