It was the first time I ate their signature sauce skeleton in a Shanxi pasta restaurant and found it delicious, so I went home and pondered it a few times. It is not the authentic version of the sauce skeleton, but our family loves it.

4. Put in the spine block, pour the rice wine and light soy sauce mixture, and finally pour water into the pot.

5. Start the function of "collecting fermented bean curd hoof", and the automatic cooking time is 1 hour and 40 minutes.

7. Open the lid and use a spatula to turn the spine block from the bottom to the top to make the sauce even.

1. The sauce skeleton needs to be fully boiled so that it tastes good when it tastes. Eat it while it's hot.

2. It is not advisable to have too much light soy sauce, as it will be saltier after the juice is collected. Put 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, and the salt is subtracted. Our taste is lighter. If necessary, please adjust the amount of salt light soy sauce according to your personal taste.
