Northeast Sauerkraut Stir-fried Noodles

The meat slices are marinated in soy sauce and salt for ten minutes, and starched with water.

Cut the sauerkraut into thick strips and the red pepper into small pieces.

Boil the vermicelli thoroughly in boiling water, remove and rinse for later use.

Heat the pan and pour the oil, pour the lean meat into the pan and stir fry.

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, a pinch of salt, and add hot water.
