This is a pure Northeastern dish ~ the egg and chili sauce. Dip a plate of lettuce and eat it. It is fragrant and delicious. You can eat one more bowl of rice as you eat. It is really a good dish.

Northeastern Egg Chili Stir-fried Miso

1. 2 eggs

2. 3 sharp peppers

3. Scallions, cut into small pieces

4. Beat the eggs into the bowl and beat them up

5. Sharp chili, cut into small pieces

6. Pour peanut oil into the pot and heat it up

Tips:
