Norwegian Home Cooking-fried Salmon with Avocado Salad

Marinate the salmon with a little salt and black pepper for a while

Wash the salad ingredients and cut into small pieces except the lettuce

Rub a little dander with lemon and set aside

Add the washed lettuce to the salad bowl, cut the lemon in half, take half of the juice and pour it into the salad bowl, then add an appropriate amount of olive oil and mix well

Squeeze a small amount of lemon juice into the sour cream

Add the prepared lemon zest, salt, sugar and black pepper, and stir well

Fry the salmon for a few minutes on both sides according to the thickness until the surface is slightly browned

A platter of fried salmon, with an appropriate amount of salad and a small bowl of yogurt sauce, it’s done
Tips:
The taste of sour cream is similar to thick yogurt and can be replaced with unsweetened plain yogurt.
It can be served with whole grain bread, rice, steamed/boiled potatoes or French fries.
There is no salt in the salad, but there is lemon juice, which will be more sour. So you need to add some sugar to the sauce to adjust the taste, otherwise you won’t be able to eat both of them sour.
