Nourishing and Moisturizing Beauty Egg

Wash the red dates and wolfberry and set aside
2.
Put the fermented rice, red dates and yellow rock sugar in half into 2 small bowls

Cover the pot and simmer in water for 30 minutes

Don’t turn off the heat, uncover the lid and put the egg into a small bowl and simmer for another 10 minutes

Just add goji berries
Tips:
Don’t break up the eggs. If you break them up, it will become a wine-stuffed egg soup. I like to eat tender eggs. When steaming, you can poke with chopsticks to check the maturity of the eggs and turn off the heat when you are satisfied.
