Ingredients: 1 black-bone chicken, 1 yam, 5 slices of ham, 1 small handful of pearl shiitake mushrooms, 1 small handful of Chinese wolfberry, 8 red dates, 2 star anises, 2 scallions, 4 ginger slices, appropriate amount of salt.
