Nourishing Chicken Wine

Black fungus is soaked in advance and torn into small pieces;

Peanuts are steamed; (steamed by the way when you can cook)

Cut the chicken into pieces of the right size, and cut the right amount of ginger;

Prepare black glutinous rice wine;
5.
Heat oil pan, add chicken nuggets and ginger slices and stir fry until fragrant;

Then add black fungus and peanuts and stir well;
7.
Add black glutinous rice wine;
8.
Add proper amount of boiling water;
9.
Add the pitted red dates and cook together for about ten minutes, during which time add brown sugar to taste!
