2.
Dissolve donkey-hide gelatin and sugar in distilled water. The ratio of water to egg is 2~2.5:1. Donkey-hide gelatin can be soaked in advance in the evening, otherwise it will be broken and put in a bowl. Put water in a pot and steam until it melts.
3.
3 Stir the eggs well. It is recommended not to use the ones in the refrigerator. The fresh ones are the best. If I don’t have them at home, I can only put them together. You can see the transparent stuff in the picture below. There are no or few fresh ones.
4.
4 Pour the donkey-hide glue water into the mixed eggs, mix well
5.
5 Use a sieve to filter it, the taste will be smoother, and friends who don’t mind can omit it, and it won’t affect the efficacy.
6.
6 Use a toothpick to pick out the blisters, the large and small ones
7.
7 Cover with plastic wrap. I don’t have any at home, so I used a plastic bag and put it in a boiling pot and steamed slowly for 10 minutes. I was lazy and steamed with a rice cooker. When the water was boiled, put it in and press the cooking button for 5 minutes before picking it up. Keep the heat preservation button 10 minutes away (my home is the most primitive rice cooker with only two positions for cooking and heat preservation)

8 Put a toothpick in the middle of the stewed egg to prove that it has been steamed
9.
9 Put some fried black sesame seeds to decorate. You can leave it alone if you don’t like it
