Nourishing Fish Maw and Angelica Chicken Soup

Soak the flower maw in water for one day.

Boil the flower maw with green onion and ginger for 15 minutes.

Cut the boiled flower maw into pieces.

Wash the chicken nuggets and blanch them in water.

Put the fish maw, chicken nuggets, ginger, angelica, and wolfberry in a casserole, add warm water, bring to a boil over medium heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 4 hours, add appropriate amount of salt (according to your own taste) and simmer for 15 minutes!
