This is a tonic season. A pot of health soup is nourishing and nourishing, delicious and healthy.

Nourishing Health Soup

1. Wash the matsutake mushrooms and soak them in cold water

2. Wash the duck leg and cut into pieces

3. Wash fresh corn and cut into sections

4. Boil the duck pieces in the pot and remove the water to drain

5. Wash the lotus root and cut it into hob blocks

6. Put the duck pieces and corn into the inner pot of the rice cooker, put the matsutake mushrooms and the water for soaking the matsutake mushrooms

7. Add green onion, ginger, aniseed, and appropriate amount of water, put the inner pot of the rice cooker into the rice cooker and turn on the electric cooker

8. After boiling, the lotus root is put into the pot and cooked

9. Cook the ingredients, add salt and pepper, stir evenly, turn off the power, serve and enjoy

Tips:

1. The ingredients are matched according to personal preference.
2. This soup is very delicious, and it is not advisable to add a variety of condiments.
