Nourishing Lung and Relieving Cough Soup

The ingredients are ready.

Soak the bawang flower and the north and south apricots in clean water.

Boil the pig bones and remove them.

The bones are blanched and rinsed. The figs and candied dates are also rinsed.

After soaking the Bawang flower, tear it apart and rinse it off.

Put all the ingredients into the pot and add an appropriate amount of water.

Put the lid on and bring it to a boil.

After boiling, remove the froth, boil it on high heat for 20 minutes, then turn to low heat for 40 minutes.

Tips:
The bones can be replaced with lean meat to relieve cough.
